On the menu: add items (steppers appear on the cards), open the dietary preferences filter, then “Review order” → choose pickup or delivery → pay online with a tip → watch the live order tracker.
Scan-the-table (collaborative)
Each chip is a live table QR. Open one — or open the same table in two windows to show two friends ordering into one shared cart.
At the table: live avatars of everyone seated, shared cart with names, “Send to kitchen”, then “View bill and pay” → split by item or evenly.
Staff side (auto-login as owner)
Best moment: place a guest order in one window, watch it appear on the kitchen display instantly, advance it to Ready, and see the guest's tracker and the TV board update.
Returning customers (auto-login as a demo diner)
Three regulars, three different palates. Open the menu to see each one's “Your usuals” and allergy flags, or the account for points, history and one-tap Order again.
Maya avoids gluten, Nina is vegan (no dairy or eggs), Bojan loves the grill — the menu flags conflicts and stars each diner's favourites automatically, and preferences follow them across every visit.
Suggested 5-minute script
- Landing page — the pitch in one scroll.
- Scan T1 (phone or window #1): browse, filter allergens, add items.
- Open T1 again in window #2 — second guest joins, shared cart updates live.
- Send to kitchen → kitchen display window: advance Received → Preparing → Ready.
- Ready board lights up; guest tracker updates in real time.
- “View bill and pay” — split by item, pay online with a tip, e-receipt.
- Close on Reports — tonight's revenue and top items.
